Jacquelyn Holland-Wright (our jac of all trades) has been performing for over 30 years, with an extensive background in musical theatre; she also has a consistent TV/film, modeling and Voice over career. Best known for her role as Donna Sheridan (the mom) in the Broadway musical Mamma Mia, our city has named her their “most talented female in Las Vegas). Other credits include: co-starring opposite Rick Springfield in EFX at the MGM, Grand, leading lady of TEASE at the Blue Note Jazz Club, back up singer for Wayne Newton in Las Vegas as well as USO Tour post 9/11, principal singer in Jubilee and performed her own cabaret shows as well as principal roles and vocal captain on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She has recently taken on the new role of motherhood and is delighted with her decision to join Cool Blue Entertainment while she has the time available to share and dedicate her expertise to help develop and fine tune audition techniques for young promising actors. Her theory is “How to act without ACTING”. She hopes that young actors benefit from her insight and experience and leave this class feeling confident, prepared and positive about the audition process and performing on stage or in front of the camera. | Looking for young actors, singers, and any fun outgoing kids: ages 5 – 17,
Interested in On Camera TV Acting Workshops to prepare for the entertainment industry while being a part of a new production for TV. The training will cover the entertainment industry in general and how to pre-pare to compete in it; audition ready techniques and required materials, as well as the principles of acting. All experience levels are welcome- from beginners to advance. The training will run from January until May, broke down into 4 week intervals. The training will be filmed for a new TV show for kids. Taped and edited for Las Vegas and several other cities for network television. This workshop is the perfect way to give young performers everything they need to start pursuing their career in the talent industry. The kids will have on-camera coaching from professional actors/directors that have vast experience in the industry and are good with children. This is the best money spent for this type of training, and the TV show is a great bonus. The kids will be surrounded with other talented kids who have the same goals and love to act and perform!
